Computer Printers

These days every computer needs and has a printer. There are different types of printer’s inkjet, laser and bubble jet. The printer is a piece of equipment that provides a hard copy of what is on the computer such as text or graphics. The documents are stores electronically via the computer and the printer gives you a read out on the electronic file. You need a printer cable to make the connection between the computer printer and the computer itself.
There are other printers that are connected by network printers; these are printers that are built in with other computers. These tie a line of computers to maybe one or two printers. Many models of printers in this day and age have memory sticks or cards to remember the image from the computer to the printer. Other devices such as digital cameras and scanners. Some printers are made in combination with fax machines and scanners and copy machines can be incorporated with printers as well.
The printers that are commonly used at home or a home office are designed for a low volume amount of printing as opposed to the industrial ones. Some printers are slow moving in generally and can move an average of 10 pages per minute which is a little slow. The bigger the printer the faster the copy. When you go shopping for a printer check the specifications, it will tell you how many jobs it can print in a minute.
